And I'm paying £50 per month for the top package. I hate ISPs when they say they offer xx speed but you end up with something like dial up.

£50 a month !!!! For that sort of money you could be getting Landline, Mega channel TV and full Broadband services. And read the small print on speeds they all quote the best speed which is unobtainable to most users. You can only realistically have what is available no matter who serves you.
