I am pretty sure the car driver would just go forwards pushing the scooter into the car infront, then backwards doing the same to the one at the rear. Then keep going forwards and backwards slowly manouvering out of the space, and hitting a scooter each time. Passers by would be yellng "Mama Mia" and flinging spaghetti at the driver and gesticulating wildly. The driver would be doing the same, gesticulating with one hand and trying to change from forward to reverse, and stear with the other, all the time looking at the passers by and yelling "Mama Mia" while spaghetti flies out of his pockets.
Eventually he would get out just as a scooter owner comes back and discovers his trashed scooter.All 3 groups now gesticulate wildly and yell. Meanwhile traffic is building up behind the car as it is now in the middle of the road, but the driver is just yelling at the scooter owners and the passers by. The cars behind start honking and thier drivers yelling.
Eventually the driver moves off, the scooter owner and the passers by stop yelling and everybody goes home to file fraudulent insurance claims for 3 times the value of the damage.
