Almost everything on that failed posting page that says wait 30 seconds, thats me constantly hitting submit bcos i cant count.....

I do think it's a stupid rule. 15 seconds would be a more sensible limit. There have been occasions where even I've been a little fast on that mark, and I'm not the fastest writer.
