Dolphins-and-surfer2-990x604.jpgEYE Can answer such question b4 heading out for 1.5 more hours of Surfing.

Around these parts where its only 20 mins from Mexico proper - Massive Taco joints offer up Taco Tuesdays as way to buck economy of Tuesday as S L O W day in biz and Chop prices to get people IN.

It works. 2Nite Surf buds n gals will go on a Taco Tuesday roll out. 6 Different Taco joints where we place enough orders so we end up with one Taco each at each place.

Cost is often about 50% so its a very good deal.

Now back to my Dolphins

6 is limit to leave room for Beers

Ave Revolucion

You wood not recognize it today. Basic same but 90% of storefronts are closed. I go down with friends but we stay away from Revolucion. Street food is still terrific and there are several terrific restaurants.

I hear the same thing about Puerto Nuevo. Someone told me it's practically a ghost town now, too bad. Ever try the Chinese restaurants. The food was great. Funny how many Chinese kitchens in Los Angeles have Mexicans cooking, the kitchens down there were filled with Chinese cooks.

Been maybe 5 years since I have been to Puerto Nuevo, so not up2date. I always enjoyed those Lobster dinners but must admit I wood rater eat Lobster broiled rather then fried.

And now its tyme for the Taco Tuesday roll out to begin - We start at 5PM but I have to pick up friends at UCSD and by the crow flys its only a few minutes but with current traffic its more like 40 mins round trip so out of here and NOW Hungry!!

Fish Tacos at Rubio's is stop #2 and I intend to eat two of them and may be sorry after Taco joint #6.
