Funny thing is too, he was actually fatter upon initial entry into the country. With that level of weightloss, about 30 kg, sure he's still a fat fuck, but the health benefits would be sufficient that it's unlikely he'd be a burden on the health service there. His body has adapted to being a fat fuck by this point. Do it young enough and you'll be pretty immune to obesity's effects, even whilst obese, for the rest of your life. Not from personal experience mind you, I'm a rake, but from what I read on the science behind hormonal homeostasis and such.
