Trans "pride" isn't pride at all, it's a facade to mask the shame of people who are consciously aware that they could never pass any sort of medical evaluation that clears them for reassignment surgery. Instead they make demands that everybody pretend like they don't look like a poorly-shaven guy in highwaters, and act like it's society's fault that they weren't born with ovaries. You can't just reprogram society like computer code. If you want to be called a woman, you better damn well look like one and act like one, because your DNA isn't doing it for you. ADF and Rob are just sexual deviants trying to figure out how they can best get laid, and failing miserably at it.

The trying to get laid part applies, but he's not really claiming to be a woman. "Tomgirl" is just his autistic idea of what a boy who enjoys some girly stuff is. I suspect the cross-dressing has more to do with him trying to visually express to women that he's 'sensitive' and into cutesy stuff; not just a basement-dwelling neckbeard. He's hoping this will make him seem approachable so that girls will try to talk to him.
