It was on a hot desert planet where they had a slave building. There were bikes attached to dust making machines. They had to pedal 12 hours a day to pump dust to a green planet to try to destroy all life on it. The first time you stopped pedaling, you got a warning. The second time, a blade was placed above your head that was kept up by your pedaling. If you stopped now, the blade fell and you were beheaded by the blade.
