Jews are pretty fucked up, there's plenty of mentally ill ones around, it makes sense that because they're schizo carriers, and that autogynephillic GID occurs in 40% of schizophrenics, that there'd be plenty of Jews walking around willing to mutilate themselves. The circumstances were ripe for the Jews to exploit this to spread their transsexualization and adrogynization agenda of the goyim.
