It's still pretty high; the only significantly Mongolian genes happen to percolate through the Saami contingent, with the rest of the European population there simply being a Slavo-Nordic miscegenation. On the whole even the Saami contingent of the greater Finnish population can be counted as pretty Aryan, having since becoming borealized from their base Mongolian Finno-Uralgic origins.
