Rare I do because ceems 2Me doing 10 Daily is all I need for my daily Cardio - That said YES eye do no they say Sprinting is good as part of a routine.
4years ago I took the Marine fitness test which included a timed 3 Mile run on a point system - In total points I did OK nor did I use the age adjusted system offered.
I tyme my 10 mile runs every day but that varies re how wet the sand is and issues on route such as 2day where I had to vary the route re beach construction stuff.

Wot? Not a fucking chance in Hell I wood. Of the many fun things I do - I do not will not Will Never EVER not once put my hands on Flight Controls of any Airplane.
A small Helicopter way out in a desert location maybe. I have flown while working in several Jet fighters reconfigured for Re-Con and pilots wood beg me to give the controls a go - NEVER EVER not lay a finger upon.
On the ground in a flight simulator for F-14's I tired to land such on a Aircraft carrier and I can report 100% FAIL!!!!!!!

I think helicopters are harder to pilot than planes. Not that I know.
I wouldn't mind having a couple of plane lessons though. I reckon it would be fun.

I used to have full access to some super simulators for play. Helicopter is very similar to being on a huge rubber ball and using body motion to have total control - Both feet and both hands at all tymes.
I crashed that as well but at least over tyme got it up and even landed on occasion OK - BUT BUT I never once tried it for real - No one offered me a try LoL - Jets n other aircraft many requests to take over the controls. I can say NOT once did I touch them on a real aircraft.

Yea. But I was never in Military - Did Marine Basic n Survival - So I was with a Gov Agency doing Re-con in a stripped down brand new F-14 n that was b4 the regular fighter versions went in2 service.
Loaded with Bread board Experimental Radar. The stuff currently in Spy Satellites - Back then While I was at Hughes Malibu Research Labs we and Culver City labs were doing R&D
4 Radar that could take really cool images as if a Optical camera cept with Radar you can see into Camouflage and even inside a house/building
Back then the object was to see and find tunnels - We had unlimited money to play with and I got to go on fly overs n try the stuff out - Mostly fail but hey on occasion a result that
Well results proved looking underground could work with more research. Later we found buried treasure in Egypt in Tombs unknown and Central America - but had to keep quiet for many a year to not give away wot we could see.
We had no means in F-14's to shoot at anything so we had other fighters to cover for us. I worked on that technology for years n years and miss it. Its one of the rare forms of Analog still having advantages over digital and in Satellites both designs are used at same tyme for Chirped pulse-compressed with Synthetic aperture radar/holography - One can make photos in Rain Fog and even get details on Height-Weight of a person from space...But NOT Gender. Still need Optical for that. Of course if the Gal has some huge boobs? Then maybe.
