I think I've forgotten how to go to sleep. No really, hear me out. I've actually not managed to sleep all of yesterday or the previous night. It's like my body is at once both overactive and so fatigued that it can't switch off.
That's so paradoxical that you'll probably assume I'm speaking drug-addled, inebriated, autistically rambling nonsense, but this is fairly serious.
If there's one way I'm going to die though, it may as well be insomnia.
