Topic: I want to describe a punch I landed on someone today

I was riled up, my blood was angry and the red mist descended. Before I knew what was happening, I had begun my swing, a huge round-house hay-maker of a punch. My fist seemed to begin from Milwaukee. It gained speed right around Idaho. I heard it pass my own face, that whooshing sound that a jet engine makes. I zoned in on my target and the punch landed, square on the underside of the jaw. I heard the bones dislocate, saw the shock and agony in the eyes as the lower teeth crumbled and the jaw-bone gave way. I heard - actually heard - the brain smash against the back of the skull. Almost in slow motion, she dropped to the ground, unconscious, my poorly-ironed shirt - the reason for my anger - still in her hand.
That was 3 hours ago. I left her there and went to the pub from where I now write.
