Of course ur rite yet there are many who look for someThing Fresh to work with n Mold.

These days sum employers look at too much experience as Moldy.

One need not say volunteer. You worked at a Library. Pure n simple. Trust this - Once eye yes I layed out a long list of experience to make it appear I was expert consultant for Robots. I had not once worked on Robots except as kiddlet failing to build one. But I did list all the elements I could discuss in full verbal detail in interview along with actual details of relent experience for resume verification.

My major out was when they wanted to check references of one of their competitors or a company that manufactures Robots - My out was by saying I never reveal a client but could reveal all employers where eye was a direct salaried employee - I got the super high paying Consulting Gig and HATED JUST HATED THAT GIG Cause I failed miserably - but damn company had no clue. None at all.

They still think of me as hero. But for sure that experience will never b on any future Resume. Only Gig I felt truly a total Fail. Robot worked and impressed.
