little-shop-of-horrors-5.jpgThere is a very very old movie called Little Shop of Horrors (the original) where Jack Nicholson plays a dude in need of pain while at dentist.

Movie is camp and well worth the view. The plant by the way is NOT in2 69

I know, I only get to stick blunt needles and paper points into the canals, I don't get to play with these :( that's the dentist's job

Blunt needles suck. :\

I've still got a few needles laying around from when I was using and for my FAK.

One time at work I managed to stick an 18ga needle through the flesh of my palm (in one side, out the other) while prepping IV admixtures. It didn't make much of a mess because I was wearing gloves though. Good times.

Well they're only for squirting liquid into the canals (irrigation) so they don't need to be sharp.

What is FAK?

Lol jeez ouch, I have almost done just as bad except 30ga. It sorta just stuck in though, it didn't come out any other side. And it was my finger.

First Aid Kit.

I did the EMT thing briefly and occasionally do volunteer search and rescue stuff locally. Anyone can do the S&R stuff and the EMT training only takes like 3 months but isn't a prerequisite.

I haven't shot anything but a 22mm handgun and a 9mm. Oh and some small hunting rifle.

This makes Anti sad.

I was looking for a particular pic to post but I couldn't find it on my phone or email so I'll have to settle for this. We've got some pretty large caliber rifles but I'm more into handguns myself.

Oh and 9mm is great. I carried a G19 and the ladyfriend carried a G26. I like larger calibers too but weight is an issue if it's on your hip all day. If it's in your purse it's less of an issue.

I just sold the G19 but I'm about to get a 4th gen so it's all good.
