I don't know....for that weeklong binge I was on I was only eating at most twice a day...and most of those 'meals' were only a burger and fries...so I guess now that I am lucid my body is craving nourishment..

It's because you excluded all of those empty calories by cutting down/stopping drinking. Many recovering alcoholics get cravings for junk food (hamburgers, ice cream, etc.)

You don't have anything to prove to me, bud. Dial back the machismo a notch, though.

I don't find gorging on hamburgers to be a very honourable act but ok.

@previous (F)
nor do I entirely......but you portrayed them as being as bad a choice as ice cream to dine upon....and I just did not agree with that......we cannot eat rice and beans and celery all the time.....there has to be some tasty beef thrown into the mix for variety.......and I am not big on the sweet stuff (a certain someone will chuckle over that perhaps)..

·Anonymous F13.4 years ago, 4 minutes later, 4 hours after the original post[T] [B] #265,519

@previous (A)
They ARE bad when you eat them several times a week every week and then add a humongous soda and greasy fried potatoes every time. Not to forget the mammoth sized proportions Americans think makes for a "meal" is completely excessive and contributes to the obesity epidemic. Disgusting.

@previous (F)
yet...as I stated earlier...I have had no need for a doctor in well over two decades.....of course that does not mean I will not have a massive heart attck tomorrow morning......but..
