For least favorite, I'd have to say More, because it doesn't seem to have the same level of fidelity that the others do. I suspect this is because it was released as a soundtrack whereas Obscured by Clouds was written as a soundtrack but released as a regular album by the band.

I'm also not keen on More, but it does have The Nile Song, which is a great (if simple) rock song, with superb vocals by Gilmour.
Meddle - brilliant album, Echoes is a masterpiece
Dark Side - what can anyone say about this that hasn't been said?
Division Bell - Cluster One and Marooned are 2 of the best instrumentals ever written.
Surprised though that Wish You Were Here didn't feature in your list, if only for Shine On You Crazy Diamond.
