I constantly hear stories about how women are worried about perverts trying to see up their skirts, and that theres always that one creep(out of 100 classy people) on the bus. And the minute you say "Well, wearing pants will make that impossible for them to do" you get called a rape apologist and how you're defending the perverts, and blah blah blah. It doesn't matter how many times you say how much you despise the creeps, and how you think its wrong, you'll called a terrible person for suggesting an alternative. It seems people are trying to remove common sense from every day life.
Why do certain women refuse to fault the way the skirt is designed on any level because its a womanly thing to wear, yet claim they want equality? I don't see many guys wear skirts on the bus. Wearing pants prevent people from getting a look at our junk, why are these women so against the concept of pants? "Stop trying to repress us! We have the right to wear what we want, blah blah blah". Yeah, okay, wear what you want. You should be able to wear skirts without having to deal with perverts, but sadly that is not the case. We don't live in a perfect world, full of perfect people. Freaking out at people for trying to help just makes no sense to me. I guess some people are emotional thinkers rather than logical thinkers. I'll take common sense any day.
