Chile Relleno's stuffed with meat and cheese Spanish style rater then all cheese Mexican
All Green Chile Stew loaded with Pablano's and pork in a chicken broth
Lots of various fish stews loaded with shell fish - Bouillabaisse and or Cioppino style
Almond encrusted Halibut n other fishes
Asian soups based on Vietnamese Pho style and homemade Rammens of many styles including Seafoods
No baking as I just suck at such
Lots of pasta dishes with fresh tomatoes and basil lots of basil n garlic including homemade Pesto sauces
