Based on news reports for sure but I bet when you call its a cop who picks up a phone and not some operator directing the calls.
I call the local FBI field office on a regular basis but of course have the extension of agent I need to talk 2 and that is the automated shit we all run into EXCEPT EXCEPT Chase Sapphire has live cool to talk to cust service that will even take the tyme to joke around and chat and only one ring and you get a pick up

Obama has four of them not counting all that are on helicoptors n Airforce one but I do not communicate with such. In back country of San Diego no cell phone service but lots lots via Satellites
