Everyone hates it but the Mario bros movie was my favorite. I don't mind it cause I think of it as a reimagining of of it then anything.

there hasnt been enough to really make a topic like this, though id have to say the silent hills and super mario simply because they are different from what you usually see; the tomb raiders were great action movies and resident evil more or less defines the zombie genre but both are so overdone it just aint that special anymore.
itd be pretty cool for some filmmakers to go through the ps1-2/snes/etc library instead of the same old rehashes of comic book stories but that aint likely to happen soon
