Topic: Can I be a dick, play the victim card and still expect to take part?

I've got a little problem.

I'm a massive pain in the ass, I'm the first to pounce on someone with insults and judgements based upon what I can find of them from Tinychan and elsewhere. I'll call someone a troll for obsessing over a single person for more than a year when I clearly do exactly the same thing. In essense I'm a hypocrite, a loud mouthed one at that. I'm the first to report and call to report with others who don't share my opinion. In short I'm a prick and I really won't learn and move on.

Can anyone tell me what actions I should take to better align myself with reasonable people?

I'll no doubt ignore it, but sometimes things slip off my ignore list.
