No. I take beta blockers, benzos, and meditate so I never experience dread/embarassment/etc except as a faint blip on my stream of consciousness radar. I regret nothing.

In middle school whenever we had to do projects all the time, i was the annoying kid who pushed his back as far as possible until it became a battle between me and someone else for the last presentation, allowing one of us to wait another day.
Then high school came along and i smoked a bunch of pot and never even did the projects, and had to blow off of presentations and get in a lot of trouble. THEN, i passed that threshold and smoked A BUNCH of pot and lost all care to the point of gaining confidence and gave exciting presentations on irrelevant bull shit. Just as bad as far as grades went.

I did that in middle school too. I just suffer through it in highschool though. Or ill skip the day. Id rather get 0 marks for the presentation n just getcmarked on content but nooo
