from lack of nutrition during early infancy. I had zero breast milk.
I wonder who is responsible for this? Can I sue my mother? Or is the state responsible due to the mother and child being under state medical care?
I wish to start a lawsuit.
No, not crazy or selfish. People need a solid 2 years of mammarie milking to be normal adults.
If it takes suing a mother to make this public, I will do it.

If u have a craigs list in ur hood, you can look up fresh breast milk (even home made breast milk cheese) and buy some and make up for wot you missed when young.
I notice the ads also on occasion offer fresh direct from source.
