So here is my story and I am sticking to itYears ago in Westwood Village West LA Calif...Down the street from UCLA.
In a bar with friends and I wanted to try something different. I go to bar and look at a mass of bottles and wayyyyy up high on a shelf n ladder is necessary I see a bottle of Goldwasser.
I thought this was a German product but tonight discovered its Dutch invented but made in Poland. A version is also made in Schwabach near Nuremberg.
So the bartender climbs the ladder and brings down the bottle but I No C any Gold in it.
So I turn the bottle over and I C lots n lots of GOLD. Thing is the bottle has one of those bar pourer tops.
Content flows out and all over a Gals thigh as she sat on Bar Stool. Wot a mess and I apologized and ask bartender for a cloth and she said NO NO
Please lick it off of me.
Me embarrassed and yes I used a towel!! If need be I could to this day have police artist sketch her face. I was single at that tyme but just to flustered to think about any move.

I bet that WLA event was the 1st tyme ever I tried it and maybe one other tyme with no memory as to when - The story goes back to 1982-3 and let me tell ya her legs were long n went on 4ever and her ultra low cut dress with much lots of much to fill the dress yet not much dress to hold them back - well she spotted me looin and said something of the order of u like?
She was so forward and me not prepared for such. I like liquors, from Chartreuse to Kahlua, but that Goldwasser offered nada I wanted to try again OTHER then it was cool to be drinking pure Gold.
Did my Sewer appreciate such?

Yea and years ago for some home hobby tech nerd stuff I bought sheets of 24K Gold. Gold I have been buying for investments since it was about $200 Oz n zoomed up 2 $1900 per oz had dived $30 but history sayssss its going back UP

Started to buy back in late 70's and recently had to turn over a lot of it hell most of it to Harvard Med as collateral. The good news is that I can buy it back for the price it was worth back 2 years ago and Harvard takes not a penny out of the deal.
Now working on coming up with the hard cold cash to buy it back.
Once years ago in Mexico on a vacation with GF. We went to the local bank to convert US Cash into Peso's and bank was closed re all of Mexico re-doing value of Peso. GF real smart and ran with US Cash to stores to buy Silver lots of real Silver. She made a lot of money in a few hours until stores got smart re price change.
With Gold they say a tiny village in Timbucktooo noes exact price of Gold on world market in one instant of change.
