I used to have horrid allergies when I lived in Santa Monica. Must have been a local pollen. I hiked the Santa Monica Mountings a bunch with no problem.
Moved to San Diego Area back in 1996 and no problem since EXCEPT recently I moved a bunch of stuff out of storage from there to Cardiff by the Sea. Unpacking and I had to run to store for a painters mask and hit stores for various allergy meds- Finally talked to a savvy pharmacist for recommends on what to use.
Each has positives and NEGATIVES. One keeps you from sleeping and the other puts you to sleep. So for me its a bit of this and that to solve the problem.
Boxes still to unpack but so far some nice surprises. Now I also have 100 pair of socks n no room for in drawer and bras from ex's and current GF's laff about.
