My nose had a horrible tingling sensation, and I had to stick my finger up it. Please believe me when I say that I am not a habitual nose-picker. Anyways, out came this gnarly thing and I'm wondering if I should be worried. Thoughts?I know this photo will probably come out sideways because of my handicapped phone, but I'm sure you'll get the point.
