Topic: Why do I always get cold hands when using the mouse/keyboard and gamepad?

+Anonymous A13.4 years ago #20,826

When playing games and using the computer, I always get very cold hands and feet, no matter the room temperature. My hands will be cold to the point that I find it hard to move each finger. I know this may be some blood circulation problem however, I do try to stand up every few minutes to move around but when I sit down again, my hands and feet will be cold again.
Does/did anyone else have this problem? What have you done to fix it?

It's because sitting in your room playing nintendoes all day long and never moving is ruining your circulation. As a doctor, I recommend that you switch off your nintendo immediately, then go outside and kill yourself as a warning to others.

No, I've never had this problem. Perhaps you should consult your GP?

Its a circulation issue. When this happens again, get up and walk around a bit.

I own a naga which has a load of LEDs inside so it's always warm.

LEDs don't emit that much heat. You just have disgusting hot sweaty hands.

As a lighting tech I can tell you, you might be surprised at the heat they put out.

As a modular synthesis enthusiast, I can assure you that LEDs don't get noticeably hot unless your equipment is completely fucked to the point of being on the verge of electrocuting you.

You clearly haven't worked with LED show lights
