Lol, where do I begin? Among the other things there is: some girl being raped with a knife and then her ovaries being forced out, a pregnant woman's forced abortion, and then the fetus muilated, dismebowlement of a man then being burned alive, a crippled girl having her colostomy bag ripped out and the hole fingered, actual animal slaughter (German import footage really) and many other scat/vomit/watersports elements involved. Take your pick, really. It's three hours long and the brutality doesn't really begin until after an hour into the film.
