well, i haven't had an absolutely horrific experience so far, but I've had to work with some kids that did NOT want to be in that chair. working with uncooperative kids is the scariest, because they don't resist to reach up and grab the dentist while he has a drill rotating at 350,000 rpm inside of their mouth.

i will tell you though that this morning i had a very unpleasant man for a root canal that smelled like a rotten diaper genie and had nothing good to say about anything. he was one of those people that bragged about all the bad things that have happened to him.

plenty of conniptions. one girl screamed at the top of her lungs like she was being murdered straight through two teeth being extracted. it's weird with kids though, the kids i've seen have either been extremely well behaved, or demons. i only experienced the demon children when i worked with a pediatric dentist. i work strictly with a general dentist now.
