If you want less cheesy selections those can be provided. These are all out silly movies. Some of the early jackie chan movies are awful in a good way, too. New Fist of Fury. He was tacked on to The Killer Meteors after he was loaned out and made a couple good movies.
Kung Fu Hustle is the distilled essence of bad 70s kung fu made modern and fun.
You can generally find a good movie by looking for something early to mid 80s with some number of actors with the surname Yuen. They are all from the Peking Opera school jackie chan went to. Everyone used the owners last name, but some like chan or sammo hung went back to their own family name or took on a stage name.
The already mentioned Yuen woo-ping is one of them.

on saturday afternoons here....at about noon on TV....there was a show called...KUNG FU THEATRE.....it was always two or three 'kung fu movies' where the language was dubbed (very poorly)in English......their mouths would move silently for ten seconds and the the dubbed English would be heard........and there was a lot of weird noises made by the fighters.....like Hooooowwwwwwwwweeeee!!!!! and Waaaaaaaaaahaaaa!! and each blow that landed was accompanied by a noised like a wooden stick slapping an aluminum pot or something......THWACK....THWACK...THWACK..
