Let me tell you a story,
One freezing and foggy winter's day, a sparrow sat in a tree. He said to himself that he must either fly in search of food, despite the weather, or freeze to death.
So he took to the wing, flying blind. He had not been in the air more than a minute when he ran head on into a large crow coming from the opposite direction. The impact knocked him out of the air and he fell headlong into a fresh pile of cow shit.
After a moment consideration he realised that this wasn't as bad as it seemed - he was warm and there were fragments of food within the shit. So he was happy and began to whistle a merry tune.
Now, a hungry fox heard the whistling and came along to investigate and finding the sparrow he ate him.
The point and , perhaps, moral of this story is;
1. Those who drop you in the shit are not necessarily your enemy and,
2. Those who get you out of the shit are not necessarily your friend, so above all.
3. If you are in the shit and happy, keep your fucking mouth shut.
