Topic: Sorry Barry but 'gay marriage' isn't constitutional
+Anonymous A — 13.5 years ago #20,414
Hate to break it to you and your OBOT followers but gay marriage is not constitutional. The SCOTUS is right in questioning your actions regarding enforcement of laws on the books. There is a procedure to remove DOMA from the legal code and it’s called governing, and a process at which you are failing dismally.
Instead of violating your oath of office (you remember that silly little line about defending the constitution that you uttered FOUR TIMES) by deeming which laws you will and will not enforce, you chose to create division among the electorate. Instead of governing, you issue edicts. Instead of reaching across the aisle, you castigate, bully and name-call.
Yours is truly one of the worst presidential terms.

I don't give a fuck. I was furiously chugging sprite when I read your shitty post.
