Now about Dynamic vs Static IP's. 99% of the users of bbs use Dynamic IP's. Now my best guess for you bringing that up has to do with the assumption that when TC or MC does an IP block they block the last three digits of the IP?
For example wikipedia.org IP is 91.198.174.225 and they do have a lot of severs with a full range of IP's and they are Static. Most end up with the last three digits as 8 bits of 1's & 0's
Static Dynamic has Nada to do with common IP blocking. In your case with YOUR present IP those last three numbers (really a 8 bit digital number) is expected to change at least every 24 hours or even every couple of minutes. Blocking such wood be worthless.
That .174 number and even the .198 number are blocked instead and no matter how dynamic your IP is, as long as you are using the ISP you are with, its never going to change with rare exceptions, the first three groups of numbers.
Matt gets away with driving Mods mad with goal for prizes on who wins the most ban/blocks because he moves from one wi-fi spot to the other. At MC they block the first sets of digits which lol blocks a tiny unimportant country called MainLand China. And even at that Matt has asked around on how to on rare occasions use a IP that passes into MC and MC then blocks that and for a few weeks No Matt LoL
Dives Matt more crazy trying to figure out hot to do MC. Then at minimum he is stuck with Captcha and he had an open fight with becky over the Captcha he despises.
