And I've noticed sometimes the emphasis changes, and it's "That's what I'M talkin' bout!" But in this case, what was the other person talking about?
There never seems to be any context to it. I even once saw a colored person witness a friend of his score a 3-pointer at basketball and he yelled out "That's what I'm TALKIN' bout, bitch!" But he hadn't been talking about anything prior to that.
Can any colored people here help me understand?
