Illegal in USA and a lot of other places. Going back to when it was Legal - some great memories with one special GF for Sunday brunches on our patio.
When I worked/Lived in Russia I wood often have it for breakfast. (on expense account lol) but it was also less costly then.
Usually with Champagne and I think as in pic for Vodka shots ...Tried that only a couple three tymes.

I've had fish eggs on sushi but not caviar. I'm convinced that the stuff rich people eat is either them trolling or them being trolled I am just not sure which.
