I saw him once in LA at The Improv and he was funny! I did recognize a couple of jokes from the show, but it was still good. The best part though was that he got completely wasted at the show and was sitting down by himself in the corner just wobbling.

I thought it was weird that no one was going up to him or talking to him. I wanted to, but he looked like he was in terrible shape... and also I had just come from Atlanta right before the show and I was about to die. I was so tired PLUS I looked like I fell out of the plane and got run over by a truck.

There may have been someone around him, but he was not interacting with anyone. He was just sitting and wobbling with his eyes closed most of the time, haha.

He can be funny, his standup is decent. I've never seen him live though so I don't know how good he is in that regard. Tosh.0 is moronic, but I imagine.that's due to the CC audience that he is pandering to.

He has his moments. Happy Thoughts wasn't really good though and Tosh.0 can be funny at times.
Completely Serious was decently funny.

I also heard that his standup is better than his show.
