Topic: How do you feel about the RTS genre?

I actually really like this genre, but at the same time I tend to become really frustrated at micro-management and frenzied clicking. No interest in multiplayer. I do love a good campaign, though --- there's something really satisfying about building up a nice army and then storming the enemy base. And I love those solo/sneak/assassin missions they throw in to change things up. Anyway, I'll just list the games I've played.
Favorite, hands down, nostalgia overload:
- Warcraft 2
Really like:
- Command & Conquer
- Red Alert
- Starcraft 1
- Warcraft 3
- Command & Conquer 3
- Starcraft 2
Want to love, but I suck too badly:
- Total War: Shogun 2
- Company of Heroes
- Sins of a Solar Empire
Easy mode, babby's first RTS:
- Halo Wars
Didn't like:
- Empire: Total War
Not sure if the Total War games count (turn-based strat but real-time battles), btw. Anyway, that's my take on the genre.
