That's bullshit. You could still learn. Maybe. I don't know the science behind that statement if there is any. And I don't know from personal experience because I did learn from a young age. But I think that's bullshit...

yes, you can still learn. but its way easier to learn it when youre very very young, before teens. and its still easy as a teenager. after that, brain finished developing some parts so its harder to learn new languages/ instruments....

I play a little classical guitar. Not massively well because I can't devote the 7-10 hours a day to the instrument required to be good. Nylon strings feel weird compared to steel strings....

Classical guitars are full sized, just with wider necks. Bouts are the same width as a OOO Martin. I think you are confusing it for a parlor guitar?
