False-government and corruption exist.

What does false government mean?

I'm using it as a broad term. Government which neglects certain issues, lies and makes short cuts, deceives its citizens, keeps citizens worried about irrelevant social issues, etc.

Is that what the NWO is? Also, please name some irrelevant social issues.

Examples of irrelevant social issues: drugs, gay marriage, and religious opinion.

Well is separation of church and state a significant issue?

Yes, religious opinion is irrelevant to government and how it should run.

Wag the dog.
I don't believe in a global cabal running the show but the various military branches, DARPA, and others have spent quite a lot of time and resources into learning how to manipulate/control and modify the behaviors of individuals and groups. Is it a conspiracy? Not really. Does if have frightening possibilities? Sure.
In the mean time lets just worry about the much more immediate threat of reptilians and rising gas prices. Feels like the turner diaries got it all wrong and were moving closer to a soft apocalypse.

Enough. I think one or two is enough for most people. Unless it's a hobby.
