What about all those cases where the woman isn't arrested and what do you think she'll get for perjury?

Perjury -
Bet a pile of attorneys will look at other ways to get that girl locked up for at least an equal amount of tyme,

@236,275 (A)
I dont know what they normally charge for perjury.

I bet she gets a fine. They'll say any harder punishment will discourage other women from coming forward.

Fines. A custodial sentence is only offered when someone has profited i.e. from a bank robbery

Really? I think that she should get an equivalent sentence, and that he probably should have been sentenced that severely do to his age anyway.

It will never happen. This has happened in the past but it is always argued that it discourage others from admiting their lies.

What about a federal charge because the guy had his constitutional rights taken away. Sure he had a trial but one wood hope she can be charged with taking is constitutional rights away.
Wot I get for only taking Law as Minor at UCLA for two years. Plus all you study is Torts, which do not apply to what she did.

Apprantly so, and keep in mind that in American prisons more men are raped than women outside. There is a chance he was also raped, robbed, beaten up and forced to fight.

Well, yeah men rape other men when they cant get to women. Our prison system is a disgusting, and corrupt, den of slave labor. I wonder how hard it would be to prove that someone had lied about a rape?

Way to go, you managed to put a slight twist on it to show how men like to harm women. Very subtle 8/10

Its the truth. Men dont suddenly rape because of prison. But seriously, will he be able to bring a big fat libel suit?

Hey I wonder if we could start up a collection for this man, to help him begin his free life.

My friend was raped in prison, and almost killed. He got out years early because of it.
