Superb display of solid cover drives and cuts through long off. His sweep to backwards square leg to bring up his half century was sublime. He's very strong on the on side, but I have to say I'm a little worried about his ability to read wrist spin, in particular the googly. Also, his footwork against swing needs improvement.
Regardless, the first time ever grandfather and grandson have made test centuries.
