I do No of one exception to that rule. On occasion when a dance move goes kaput ....then contact ...accidental contact that is can be disconcerting.

You just keep making sure you get them periods. We single males get word the period is late and we go into a PMS kinda mode ourselves. Current GF's PMS is not an issue. Past MAJOR MAJOR issue.

This item PMS got me to thinking - Interesting that my Female Friends and I mean great close friends - Not one has PMS issues. One a very very long tyme friend from middle school days who of course now is past all that- She wood end up in bed for 3-4 days each month for years, because her blood wood back out into the Fallopian tubes and end up messing up her body. But she never had the PMS mood stuff.

Its a myth that every woman has PMS. Best Female friend here is San Diego tells me she has never once felt her mood change as a result of her period.

Now as an Engineer - on occasions in my working career I have supervised as many as 500 women at a tyme. So when one made an emergency appoit with me and had an issue I felt was her PMS - I wood look at the calendar and say hey lets get together in 4 days and we will solve this once n for all. Sure enough they wood cancel -

Most of my close friends here are the result of the Dancing connection - Large number of dancers also hike ski and a few mountain climb. So yes most are very fit.

Exercise is famous for stabilizing female hormones and of course those who over do end up not even having a period.
