yes, and also, no. I want sex sometimes, but I havent felt like I really need it. That could be because I havent ever really been starved of it.

Man after a 17 year fast, my body and mind need some form of sex, and my hand gets boring after a few weeks and an annoying breakup.

24 lol, fast excludes masterbation and implies I had sex before the 17 years. I mean, I was inside a woman before, but I lived there

Very early 30's.

@previous (A)
In several senses YES. Her mother was trying to get pregnant - Husband was shooting blanks but he and she had no clue. She and I in affair. So husband raised her as his own and still does not know.

Me? it hurts that the girl does not know. She took forever to make up her mind on a major so she hit Uni for Chem and then decided on 6 years of Pre Med in order to get into Harvard Med and it does take 6 full years rather then the normal 4. Harvard insists on Engineering Chemistry Genetics in addition to normal pre med and of course super high SAT's and you compete with 15,000 others trying for only a few hundred slots -

So I got the chance to pay for her 6 years of pre med but was NOT expecting to pay for Harvard which is ULTRA Expensive and has to be paid all up front in advance and in her case for 5 full years and there is a high chance she will do the full 11 so guess who covers this?

Bought her a compact car and a house which has a expensive story all of its own.

Working harder n smarter then I expected to have too

A compact car and house story?

·Syntax 13.5 years ago, 42 minutes later, 5 hours after the original post[T] [B] #233,249

@previous (F)
Only the complications - the car no story at all.

House was new on market and not completed. Contractor built on spec and ran out of money to finish. Bank repo on loan and paid to finish and sell. They sold it to me. On market for two years with water on on- winter freeze - summer burst - mold grows so then pipes replace and walls rip out to get out mold - tyme to sit and run mold spore tests to be sure all is cool.

So I leased a condo for one year - at that same tyme I was plying r/l monopoly buying condos n houses to rent and now lease out for income and cause the price was beyond cheep for brand new stuff. Often at less then the cost of building materials. How could I resist?

That is a longer story cause one does NOT dive in2 such without some life lessons now learned but damn difficult game to play - SO Me caught in cash flow crunch while in wait for cash to flow to pay for all.

Pipes don't burst like that. Otherwise everyones pipes would burst all the time.

lol

http://www.weather.com/activities/homeandgarden/home/hometips/severeweather/pipefreeze_prevent.html

Climb wayyyy down and read

Letting the Water Run

Letting a faucet drip during extreme cold weather can prevent a pipe from bursting. It's not that a small flow of water prevents freezing; this helps, but water can freeze even with a slow flow.

Rather, opening a faucet will provide relief from the excessive pressure that builds between the faucet and the ice blockage when freezing occurs. If there is no excessive water pressure, there is no burst pipe, even if the water inside the pipe freezes.

A dripping faucet wastes some water, so only pipes vulnerable to freezing (ones that run through an unheated or unprotected space) should be left with the water flowing. The drip can be very slight. Even the slowest drip at normal pressure will provide pressure relief when needed. Where both hot and cold lines serve a spigot, make sure each one contributes to the drip, since both are subjected to freezing. If the dripping stops, leave the faucet(s) open, since a pipe may have frozen and will still need pressure relief.

THE Thing is - House sat unheated in winter for two full years. Insulation to protect some areas as mentioned in article assumes the house will be somewhat heated in winter. Since power was off and no one to occupy well it is wot it is/was

I am told I hold out while insurance company battles with bank - after sum tyme I will get some money back and I believe I will. Its going to be another two years or so where I end up fronting all the money!!
