Yea long term net policy. You made a good guess and I could not go on and hide. I now have one more New Born showing signs of difficulty feeding. Different problem.

This will be tl;dr but bottom line is about the same but for delay of Fresh Fruit to the Space Station.

Its a cool cell phone system and more more. When you marry that rich guy you can have one. Go anywhere with it and when you are out of range say up with them native canucks, you can still make phone calls and do text and do web no matter how far you go north towards the polls. And for dirt cheep you can buy a SPOT device and one day when a boy friend drives you into mountains to ski and he is drunk and runs off the road, you can push a button and you get GEO located for rescue. Helicopters fly you and pick you up almost faster then speed of light.

U may no like fact that every single spy guy has one to connect to home base but hey, spies need to say high to mommy and daddy and tell wife not be home for dinner.

Lots of history behind such. Radio operators from get go used 10/4 to define how well they heard a broadcast as (ok) - Cops wood say 10/4/ to say copy that or 3/10 as in static with wot you say so please repeat.
