Yes for one I R 50% Russian and 3nd Gen.
Visited in the dark at night loooong ago but not much. Visited via sky to fuck them over on occasion. Once by Co~wink-e-dink our fucking them over, resulted in shoot down of KAL-007 (NOT our fault except in making them trigger happy)
Years later and even recently working for Qualcomm I worked and lived in Russian for 6 months at a tyme. Months on and off for a decade. Loved it just loved it.
Unstable? I should think so. Very much when I was there and now a lot more so. Great just great people. I with Q's help ship a lot of gifts just b4 Christmas to friends I made. Mostly Siberia in Khabarovsk.
