You probably havent taken enough yet.
800mg of ibuprofen with a meal should be good. You don't want to overdo it though because NSAIDs are the devil.

Stretch, walk around the house a bit, then take a hot bath or get a heating pad. Drink some water and maybe eat a banana.
I'm not a big fan of NSAIDs for pain relief... if you have access to opiates or benzos you might get more relief from them. Failing that you might want to smoke a bowl instead. Make sure you get some fluids in you and at least stretch a little first though. You can try a little abdominal massage too but loosen up first or try it after you get a little heat on it for a bit.

Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs.
Stuff like ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin, etc.
