There's lots of stuff on it. But all of it is bullshit. It's basically visualization better known as imagination. People get powers by (1) born that way, (2) pacts with evil spirits, (3) decades of meditation. Take your pick.

I just checked and I guess I don't have any more invites left. I thought I still had one. :\
If this is your go-to throwaway I can e-mail you when I get another one. In the meantime if there's something you want from there I might be able to upload it to mediafire.
