I think it was Negi was saying to Nickalollyoff, "You do a bad job of reversing the polarity. You need to use the geordi with the visor, not the occular implants. Do it right." And now he apologizes knowing the occular implant geordi is how to reverse the polarity. --- this prolly makes no sense, but Nickalollyoff would understand.
