You can build your ship, that is just what his houseboat looked like. I think it's a special kind of foundation that recognizes the house as a boat.
I would love to see what the community makes using this, so many awesome boats.

Oh and if it wasn't painfully obvious, the casino I think goes on that large lot on the street leading to the town from the highway. The reason why I say this is obvious is because the lot has the word "casino" in it.

And I noticed I had to download it separately on MATY, but maybe you found another download link.

Well first of all. The solution would be to move the bed, and for this to work (i dont even know if snorers effect light sleepers in sims, thats sooo specific) theyd have to all be sleeping in th same room which is odd and second i think sims lives are less than 2 sim years. also in those years you want her to deal with it, in that time shell become a young adult, move out, get married, have kids, lol etc
