One time we had a visit from the state inspectors. This happens at least twice a year. A little white man with a clipboard came to interview residents. The first on his list was Fanny who is bi polar, schizophrenic, and hallucinates nearly constantly. So I tried to dissuaside him from doing so by telling him that she was not good with strangers, and had a foul mouth, he ignored me and interred her room. She was screaming at the people on the t.v. (because she believes that they can see her and talk to her) about how they stole a million of her dollars. So the guy from state is really disturbed and shaken already, and then Fanny looks at him and screams very loudly "That's the nigger what raped me!" "You is, you is the nigger who raped me!" This dude ran out of the room with his clipboard in the air, and then crossed her name off in the safety of the hallway. lol

I literally just posted. Also, yes she does have breasts, but now I think that someone has being feeding her lines.
